At Fetch N Buy, we prioritize the freshness and safety of our food products; therefore, we accept returns on unopened, non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the item you wish to return to initiate the request.

  Receive Authorization

  Once reviewed, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to our error.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened food items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
